• We want to talk about the fire pit, the sports court and where the sunset is best viewed from - it is important to us that when the project is finished you are thrilled with both the esthetic beauty and the functionality of your property.
• We believe the landscape process is a collaborative relationship - many of our maintenance contracts are with clients whose property we originally landscaped over 20 years ago!
• Our designers listen to the client needs and wishes, provide suggestions and then create a landscape design and proposal for the project.
• Our proposals are broken down into unit rates dependent on the look or style the client wants to achieve. Our pricing model allows us to quickly and easily make alterations to the design as the landscape is coming together.
• Our project managers coordinate the landscape construction, keep the clients informed on the progress and discuss any issues that may arise.
• We have excellent relationships with sub trades and keep it simple for clients by working well with other contractors and coordinating the project.
• Our team is divided into several "hardscape" and "softscape" crews. The hardscape crews are first on site to create stone patios and walkways and place natural looking boulders. After these teams are done the softscape teams move in to add largely native plant material to accent the home or cottage and use natural looking mulch to protect the plant material and provide a "finished look".
• Finally, our maintenance crews provide excellent on-going service to ensure your property is looking its best season after season.
